Albay Day

Today is a non-working holiday here at Albay because we're celebrating Albay Day. 

President Aquino has declared April 3 which falls on a Wednesday as a holiday to commemorate the emergence of Albay as a province.
And since my hubby doesn't have a work today, it only means that today is a special family day for us. We're planning to go to Embarcadero and Puro later this afternoon and have a family picnic. It's also a special day for our wonder dog Mio because he'll have enough time for his walking and running exercises as well as meeting new dog friends too.
